A modern CTF remix of classic Q3A maps that all players will know. Over the years there have been a number of attempts to convert base game maps to a CTF version. None have been quite like this one. 25 years ago, a release like this would have produced a painfully low frame rate. Today's graphic cards are very comfortable with a polygon count like this.

Familiarity with the base maps helps to reduce the learning curve. There are a few tricks to master that will speed up navigation and may produce the odd surprise in a game. One feature, which I personally found annoying at first then started to find interesting are teleporter exits. You can enter these and return to the same spot.

Bots will capture and return the flag. They are good at building up the numbers needed to really enjoy this release.

If you are looking at that massive Q3A logo and wondering if it is possible to reach the top, the answer is: yes, it is thanks to a secret. And the title of the map? It means "25th anniversary" or "Silver Jubilee".

A professionally finished, fun, memory jogging release for CTF. Well worth checking out.

Note: Originally released as part of Map-Center's Quake 3 25th Anniversary Pack.
