Since the readme for this level is in Polish, I can only guess that we're probably looking at a first map. It certainly bears all the hallmarks of one.
The layout is pretty much flat throughout, but there are some promising
touches. From the pool room you can swim via the regen and battlesuit to a room
packed full of goodies - RG, RA, MH, and BFG - before TP'ing to the other end
of the map to grab the quad and slaughter your way back to this over generously
stocked cornucopia. The bots are like lambs to the slaughter and human players
may find that they spend most of their time in the pool room to prevent fellow
hominids from suddenly reappearing, armed to the teeth, and not looking to make
The pk3 includes the gothic_light shader script, probably in the mistaken belief that it's required by the textures from the mapmedia.pk3
(one of which is missing).
Not worth the download and I'd suggest getting one of Requiem's more recent oeuvres
