Haha! I'm loving the Skybox :). The grudgy textures turn out to be a winner for me since I played the map with 4 bots and when i shot Rockets, I some how love the feeling of it hitting walls for some weird reason. I never expected it to be what I was thinking, It was way beyond what I was thinking. 8/10

good gameplay good textures but
there is a lack of texturing on a polygone below the right "dragon"mouth when you shut this mouth!
I think also that some architectural details are too complicated (the hands)
good work I wait for Book 2!!!

Hahaha... yeah, I remember that.. funny! It may sounds strange but I'm like an idiot when I approach to technical stuff.

In any case 5.22 is very good... think on it: it's not 0, but muuuuch more...1, 2, 3, 4 ... a lot of numbers more than zero! Isn't it?

Actually I'd like wisdom machine 2 :-0 But that would probably be way too complicated and destroy your trio, hehe. On a side note, why is the score so low? You been giving yourself zeroes again Quint??? :-p (See the latest Quint map thread if you don't understand that, provided my memory's intact).

very original and very different type of MAP yet plays very well and looks astounding. Great work Quint!!!

Interesting concepts, I would really like to see this developed to a much higher level and the size reduced as there is quite a bit od dead space. Nice effort, should hone this one a little more.

Thnx for comments, I appreciate them! I know that my work doesn't meet the taste of every one, and i'm happy of this, at least it means that I make something different... and that's my task. Anyway I'm building a new map which is completely focused on gameply... and I'm having fun as well :)

I appreciate the work the author puts in his maps, and his original ideas. When it comes to gameplay, something is missing. One of his previous maps, the birth machine, has been celebrated but to be honest I can't really understand why, looks like an average map to me (from the gameplay point of view). IMHO, this idea also applies to Dantesca.

The textures show also a lot of effort, it is just that i dont really think they are harmonically placed/selected. I Don't know, prehaps it's just not my flavor.

Anyway I always dowload his maps to jump around and take a look at the brushwork.

Well, as I said in the last thread, it really has been an evolution fro Quint. This one is a bit more oddly textured, but in terms of gameplay it is at least on par with the wisdom machine. It is a more traditional Q3 arena - and a fairly horizontal one, be warned - but still very enjoyable. The theme is very strong and brash but comes through almost as a ethnic affair. Though I've read up on the history behind the name, it makes me think more of music than acting. Ceberus' railgun is a nice trick, but the RG becomes almost pointless if someone guards the switch. The drop to the RL also becomes quirky and seems like a gimmick pretty quick. However, now that he's proven an understanding of physics and the techinical sides of the editor, Quint's moving on to more of a focus on gameplay, and that's great to see. 9 from me (hey, it was PQ LOTW!).
