Secluded within the depth of an environment which feels distant from reality, this level very much reminded me of the run and gun fancy of Unreal. I'm not quite sure why, but the eerie lighting, and the very simple architecture reminded me of that old single player epic. The level is filled with no immense graphics that bog your system down, yet maintains a level of detail that always captures your eyes. The lighting is very effective to creating the mood, and the texture selection also accommodates the feel of the map. The gameplay and connectivity is quite remarkable, but could have benefited from even better item placement. The teleporters and item markers are a very nice touch.

Put this on your hard drive and keep it. 9/10.
