A somewhat boxy map in the gothic theme, distinguished by a large quantity of fog pits. Every room and walkway brings you close to the edge at some point, so negotiating these hazards is a constant.
There is a fair range of weaponry. Lighting is good and the architecture is well made, though lacking in detail. An attractive combination of textures is used, but many are cut short abruptly when they meet a corner or archway. There is one inconsequential missing texture.
Game play travels rapidly through the layout, but the absence of any serious cover resolves confrontations very quickly.
Some of the broader ranges create good opportunities for railgunning, and rocket jumping can be used in most locations to provide alternate routes. Most of the health and ammo is kept away from the center of the rooms, meaning combat will have you running for the corners.
Bots play extremely well, hammering through the match as if it were their last.
A simple map that throws up plenty of full-on firefights.
