I'm not sure what to think about this map. Had Julek not given us one of the all-time-greats in jul16, I think this map would not be as favored as it is.

This is a very small map with a number of teleporters to get you from the lower level to the upper and vice-versa. Due to the small size and mostly cramped areas, the gameplay is very, very fast and frenetic. But that's just kind of it. It's fast and frenzied but there's not much else going on.

I think the map also suffers from the holes in the upper floor. If you spot your opponent on the lower level you can rain down some rockets with near impunity while you collect all the shards and RA up top.

It isn't terribly imbalanced though; just kind of a chaotic mess of gameplay which some really love.
