Agree with @Spike. This map has held up very well. It's simple but works.

Even now, while scouring lvl for cool old maps like this, I can say that this map holds up. Gameplay is smooth, and less corridors and awkward walls slow down your lines. Fun trickjumps and plasmaclimbs too.

Fun stuff, keeping it on my server's rotation for sure!

im impressed this map looks almost perfect .. the most mapper do a great design but no game flow .. here the game flow is perfect the item placement incredible (fits the game play of me and my mates) the teleporter are great. it supports many tricks (defrag for ever) the only things are some mapping mistakes some brushes and some textureing is not done that good. but no doubt its still one of the best maps ive ever seen. its not overpowered .. you need that in a fast tricking healthcosting game with high entertainment factor. i cant tell how it works for people who like to camp .. people of my type prefer movement .. then faster then better then more then better .. many stuff supported i cant tell all is planned but i allready think about a tricking demo for that level :)

Well, kudos to the auothor for trying to emulate Blood Run's gameplay as well as design. One of the tele-destinations is slightly confining, but generally I think movement around the map is swift and varied.

The lack of custom textures keeps the filesize small ( you are 812 out of 1,325,774. Your download will take 3 years. Do you wish to continue? sheesh, I should never d/l on a Friday )

And it's solid use of the gothic wad. Not too keen on the base panelling inside the arches, but whatever.

Good tourney/small FFA stuff.
