There have been a few minor tweaks and one major one with the recent update.

The big change is all readme files should be correctly formatted when viewed on the site. No more odd characters. This is something I have been meaning to fix for many years now. Very happy to cross this one off the todo list.

It is possible to still have the odd error with this change. If you do notice a readme with an error, please let me know.
