After discovering I had my email account hacked (for the second time, thanks Yahoo) I then loaded LvL. I geniunely thought it was real... quickly closed the browser! Goddamnit!

I played it while programming a bot for it :D :D I was at Carl's University as visitor and this was prepared to bring more light to programming AI :) So I played a FPS game for free without need to download anything :D

After the deletion of all my files this morning, i started with installing ut3!
And then this great news of ..::LvL switching to UT. :D.

I was expecting a doom 4 beta or something
Man oh man could you imagine the dissapointment

This made me laugh! Good one.
For big CTF team play without human, I personally enjoy a lot the venerable UT, but I prefer Q3 for pure 1-1 and for everything else too. :)
I did bought the UT official CD at day launch just because Q3 disk was not available back then in early December 1999 in Belgium, and I was so disappointed in the Bruxelles FNAC shop (big european shop brand) that I decided to try that brand new UT while waiting one more week for the Q3 official disk.
All in all I'm happy for that small Q3 delay, 'cause both are great, different for sure, but both are top notch arena shooter (I still prefer Q3 ;).

It has been really cool to see people talking about UT. That was a nice side-effect and to be honest, unexpected.
