A gated mansion setting based on a counterstrike map from HalfLife (cs_mansion). The walls are thin and it feels odd to be able to jump through closed windows, but what kills the gameplay is too many small rooms to run in and out of looking for action. Up on the roof there is a power-up. Out the back we have a teleport hole which is too narrow to be used practicaly.
Just goes to show house maps rarely make good DM.
