======================================================================== MAP INFORMATION ======================================================================== Mapname: Suriel Author: Bernd "Bliccer" Macht Gametype: ffa/tourney/team This map has been designed for the NoGhost mapping contest held in 2009. In fact my idea was to create a Tron-like map but during its process I changed the layout completely. It is still a bit colorful, not as much as I intented it to be. Due to the great amount of patches and the bigger view you have through the rooms, the engine renders too much and therefore the r_speeds might be a bit high. So it could be the map lags on your computer. When I would add more walls, the map wouldn't be as I wanted it, so it stayed that way. On newer computers the map should run fine. Added: I changed a lot since the judging has been done. Added another skybox, cleared up the middle a bit so it doesn't distract that much anymore and of course I also worked on the item placement. So I guess it is fully playable now. Also with bots!
