Der Mond is clothed in textures you'll remember from Bal's Scrap Metal ][ and Lunaran's Let's Drink Beer and Shoot Things that work very well. A bit more open space (especially visible sky) would be nice, but the atmosphere is good as is. Bots roam the entire level fairly evenly, though they fancy fragging in the lower pit. The layout is not at all conducive to camping, and there's even a non-gettable BFG included just to tease you.

A romping fragfest that'll remind you of the good old days, you should get Der Mond right now.
