This author's first map features a very complicated layout that can take a while to figure out. Issues such as the ability to get stuck in two areas of the map (forcing you to suicide unless you can rocket jump out) and the fact that you'll need a good machine to run the level well don't help much either. The level looks fine; it is, as the name suggests, yet another Gothic offering but there is nothing wrong with that. In particular the LG and Quad area featured in the level shot looks nice. Some chrome trim on doors sticks out as odd, along with shiny powerup spawning points.

The lava is somehow "boxed" beneath the surface, which looks very weird should one fall in. The map's many powerups help to keep interest high, and slatted floors near the regeneration powerup make for some interesting through-the-floor fights. Bots navigate pretty well, though they seem to focus on the regeneration area.

If you've got a decent machine and want something for a quick round or two, give this a try.
