The problem with the telelporters could be solved with placing some hint at the teleporter entrance, let them look different. They all look the same so it's confusing.
But the layout of this one just keeps us looking forward towards alc3dm2 :)
It's a good read and gives a great insight into what beginners in the world of mapping have to go through :)

Fun gameplay, and even if it is a bit rough around the edges in the looks department that doesn't really matter.
Although no one else appears to, I quite liked the lighting. Plus it ran fine, despite the high r_speeds.
Got an 8.
FYI: The teleporters aren't random, they all go to one specific location each. And there is one particular TP that takes you to the Quad.
And I didn't intend it to be pretty. :)

Haven't posted here with comments for ages but it's Summer! Hooray for free time. I really found the teleporters hard to deal with. I don't know if they just randomly send you to one of several places, that's the impression I got... This came into play especially when trying to get the Quad. You can of course just rocket jump, but when I saw a bot get it I wondered how; I late found myself teleporting to the quad spawn point. That only happened once and I never managed to either
(a) Find that particular tele again, if the destinations are not random, and I find that unlikely...I do like exploring...
(b) Get lucky enough to be randomly sent there again
At any rate, some great fun, it's not at all ugly really it's just not "pretty" either (as if that matters). Liked the atrium idea, though the megahealth's slow respawn makes it perhaps not such a great centre for a map. When it's missing, there's really no reason to bother going down into the central pit except perhaps to use the tele.
Over all, worth the download!
