Author is too creative for his/her own good? :)... Actually quite interesting ambiance to the map. Not so sure about some of the design choices concerning the paths though.

Hmmn. Interesting--I suppose it would play pretty well with rail only . . . for the same reasons I left it out of the default weapon load. Glad you guys like it. :)

Heh. Actually the original RA3 map was just "shine" because of all the shiny metal crap strewn about. This one was "shine on", since this is its second lease on life, sorta.

Although, that being said, Pink Floyd does kick much ass.

And yeah, it does probably work a bit better as a RA3 map, but I had a few people tell me they would like to see a vanilla Q3 version, and I had an evening to kill, so what the heck. :) I did deliberately leave the railgun out, since the arena is somewhat open, and gameplay would be, IMO, a lot less interesting with it in there.

Shine on you crazy diamond, Pink Floyd rule :). The map is quite cool as well but as PI said the map doesn't feel like it should have items in it. It is quite fun but it feels like a rocket arena map with some items put on it rather than a proper dm level. Not that surprising I suppose :p. Still a well constructed map and is fun for a couple of games, 7 from me :).
