I spent significant time walking around corridors looking for weapons or enemies. Not much of gameplay here imo. Agree with EmeraldTiger this has a q3dm11 feeling, but that is not to say much. That is not a great map imo.

This is a diamond in the rough right here. A map that takes the classic q3dm11 map and turns it into something even better. Terrain, lighting, and geometry is perfect - hands down. Gameplay is great too with a combination of open and closed areas. My only real complaints were the framerates slowing down in some areas and the BFG being placed in a location thats just way too hard to find and no obvious clue to get out. Besides those minor issues, I feel this map needs a lot more attention. Its clear that the author put a lot of effort into it, and the result is a very fun and aesthetically awesome arena. I`m keeping it, for sure.

one of the maps I've had on my hdrive for donkeys - it's a joy to play. btw, the bfg is halfway down a fog of death pit - I only found it when skimming around in spectator (freeze tag).

Great map! Reminds me of one of Id's. Still looking for the BFG though (pretty sad, eh?)... <9>

Thunda mows my lawn and he asked me to vote for him. He is a good kid and doesn't scalp my yard too much so I give him a 10. He sometimes takes my trash out to curb if he mows on trash day. He is a nice boy.

I don't like this map. I dunno why but everything is wrong for me in this map. Best ffa map i ever played btw is cpm 14. Without the cpm mod coz that mod sux hard..

The item placements and mixture of organic and tech/base elements give this map a look and feel all it's own. 3v3/4v4/FFA all rock and yes I do think 1 on 1 games in this map are fun. Alot of hide n seek action but fun all the same... mad propzz to Thunda! :D

Thanks for the nice comments guys and I'm glad you like it... I think the bfg is only a "gimme" when you're playing the bots.. When testing this one at the office everyday, the life and death struggle for the teleporter created some hilarious situations... And when you're playing with 8 other peeps that know the map really well just getting the teleporter is quite a feat, and then making it all the way back and use to retrieve the bfg almost never happens, but when you pull it off it's oh so sweet :)

I think this map is absolutely gorgeous, and I don't think the BFG is that much of a problem--if anyone plays this map with any regularity, they'll know where it is. My only criticism is that it takes a little long to get from area to area--a little more tight connectivity would have been nice, but that's just kind of the nature of the map. Fun stuff!

One of the best maps I've played in a long time. Of course, Thunda knows that. ;)

As far as the BFG, I think it's in such an obscure place and requires the teleporter to get, so I didn't find it a problem.

A very sexy place to fight. I don't know if it was Shug or some other reviewer who thought this is a good 1-on-1 level. It's not, but I don't think Thunda ever intended it to be one. But FFA, this baby is a blast. Nice work mate!
