NO PLACE TO HIDE.

We've clocked a LOT of hours on this map and I love it. But it can be absolutely maddening if you're not at least decent with the rail. Unlike most maps I comment on here, this one is loaded with nostalgia for me as we may have played it 15-20 years ago.

As generally described this is basically a big, open box map with a LOT of jumppads. The jumppads are both a blessing and a curse, as they facilitate sending you quickly away or towards your opponent...but you're also incredibly vulnerable to getting railed. In contrast, trying to run from one area of the map to another is easily just as dangerous, and much slower.

Many maps lend themselves to specific tactics and gameplay and this one is no different. If you don't know how to aggressively attack when appropriate, grab items when you get breaks, and most importantly, snipe like a madman, you're going to get crushed. In this way it reminds me very much of mvdm01 which is a real classic but can be rage-inducing when things get out of hand.

Probably a true love-it-or-hate-it map, with very little in-between.

Better than your first map and it contains a lot of carnage. It's a map I would recommend to any mapper and I'm sure they will all love it :). 9/10

thx for submit,

yes,i forgot to caulc the curves,i saw the graphically irritations later without

the geforce on a voodo 3 card-

system, unfortunately too late.

but i lost the map files, so i

cant caulk additional this map

curves.

however, i think its better to build maps for mods or ctf, but up to now i was too lazy to build such maps except Q3UTXfort or Q3UTXfactory for Urban Terror.
