Isn't this a slight modification of "Space Vortex" from Team Arena? The map is essentially the same, save for a few item replacements and removal of the "warp" portals.

Something about the far side of the levelshot to the left of this comment is making me think, "Is this level even loosely based on q3dm17, "The Longest Yard"?
