================================================================ MKBASE - Feel The Base ================================================================ Title : MKBASE - Feel The Base Author : Martin "Killer" Kilcoyne Version : 13th May 2001 File Name : mkbase.pk3 E-Mail : **email removed** Web Site : http://www.planetquake.com/killer Description : After a sustained spell of playing CTF I decided to try my hand at a CTF map. I played it safe with the texture set, Iikka's IKBASEQ3 set is exceptionally easy to use. The looks of the map aren't spectacular but I think the layout is particularly nice. It allows for both lone ranger style attacks as well as more strategic coordinated ones. There are plenty of routes in and out of the bases which I think is a must in CTF. Obviously CTF and Teamplay are the games to play in this map but there are plenty of deathmatch spawn points included so you should be able to have a decent FFA game too. So for me this would be "C:\games\quake3\baseq3". Once installed the map will appear in the Single Player Skirmish menu. * Copyright / Permissions * You may NOT use this map as a base for other maps. The textures and shaders used in this map remain the property of their respective owners and were used with their permission. You are NOT allowed to commercially exploit this level, i.e. put it on a CD or any other electronic medium that is sold for money without my explicit permission. You MAY distribute this BSP through any electronic network (internet, FIDO, local BBS etc.), provided you include this file and leave the archive intact.
