Additional Credits to : id software for Quake 3 Arena arQon and staff for Challenge Promode Arena haze for first map feedback 4nT1 for taking a look at it and suggestions swelt for helping A LOT with items and playtesting and providing a server (choosehosting) Cel for feedback and providing a server (iGlobal) master for providing a server (octagon) CLX, pb, acid, drex, gellehsak and all others who helped with playtesting The promode forum http://www.challenge...bin/ikonboard.cgi ================================================================ = Play Information = Players : 4v4 Bots : bo3dm8a.aas is included Weapons : 2 Shotguns, 2 Plasma Guns, 2 Rocket Launchers, 1 Lightning Gun, 1 Grenade Launcher Armors : 2 Green Armors, 1 Yellow Armor, 1 Red Armor Powerups : Quad Damage, Invisible = Construction = Base : bo3dm8 - the early version had curvesa and should have looked like q3dm6 Editor(s) used : q3Radiant202 Known Bugs : none Build Time : too long (but it was fun) Textures used : all textures by id Compile machine : Athlon TB 1 Ghz, 256 MB SDR-RAM Compile Time : 7 minutes Brushes : 2400 (approximate number) = Comment = The layout of this map was finished on paper before even starting Radiant. That is the way every good map should start. It is hard to improvise a map. Most times improvising works well for some days but then you end up with 1. a map that is crap or 2. a map that you can't finish because it simply doesnt work out. This was the first time I had the opportunity to get feedback from other people who know what they talk about :) So the thing I really hope for - and I think every mapper hopes for this - is that the map will be played and enjoyed by the people out there.
