At just over a 3MB download, this is another over the top map that looks more like something out of Zork than Q3A. The setting is some sort of wizard's floating work-shed (or something).

Vexar puts a lot of work into his maps, but they are really lacking in a few areas - gameplay and speed.

Looks very NOT Q3A, bit of a framerate killer and no bot file. A love or hate map for sure.

Revisited in 2020: Back in 2000, shortly after the release of Q3A, this was a map that was really pushing what a level on Q3A should and should not be.

In 2020, the gameplay is still lacking and there are a number high reward camping spots, but structurally and inventiveness is still very high. Many maps released later have a number of features that are seen in this release and the others by Vexar. Well worth a download - and at 3MB, you will not even notice it now.
