The author lets his imagination take off to construct a creative arena. A select choice of custom textures builds an interesting fantasy world of portals to different eras all connected together in an appropriate fashion. Overall the result looks good and is fun to look around, but there is little point in making much else out of the map. All 3 power-ups are within 3 seconds of each other, the Red Armor is easy to access from the BFG room, and all the ammo is easy to run. The frame rate is hit hard by the r_speeds, and the bots are simply unplayable as they choke my machine.

The map is made to explore, not play. Once you find the bench, your quest is done.
