Well, it's original - so credit goes to me! Special thanks however, goes out to Zoid, Essobie and G1zm0. Their input and advice helped me make many improvments to both the gameplay and look of Forsaken Citadels.
* Other Info *
It's a larger map with several routes to and from each side of the map, but only two entrances/exits to the flag rooms. I've tried to place ammo, armor, powerups and weapons in logical places. Quad and another powerup are harder to get to, as they should be. A flag run with no interference takes about 20 seconds.

* Comments *
My first EVER map. The only thing NOT original in this map are the textures and shaders (which are "out of the box"). This has been a labor of love. I've tried to add ALL of the things that I think make for good and challenging gameplay, as well as the all of the technical aspects of building a q3 map.

The most thanks goes to Brian Wight for the original map design.
I would also like to thank David Avellan (www.floridamartial...com/dragonturd/)
for introducing me to his camera.shader file that gets rid of most of the portal
distortions on my "security monitors". I had to modify it slightly to add back in the
alphagen portal fog because I kinda liked that effect and it lets the monitors be in sight
from VERY far away without the HOM effect. More notes on this and another issue
inside the included lsd shader file.
* Other Info *
You're going to need teamwork to execute a capture on this map.
The bases are designed to strengthen the defense with a nice heavy gate
and plenty of sniping positions but there are also plenty of powerups
to aid the offense in their efforts. This combination and the bottleneck
in the middle of the level make for a very bloody battle.
