Having played a lot of this in testing, it's quickly become one of my favourite Duel maps of all time. I enjoy the dm6-ish layout and I personally feel the tighter nature of the spaces and verticality create an emphasis on the mind-games of 1v1. Lots of great ways to escape, stack up sneakily and quickly, as well as rail angles in key locations. Keeper for me!

I think this map accomplishes the task it sets well enough, so for me it shines as a 4.5/5 release 🌟 It is like a logical continuation of Q3DM6, maybe a different version of it from an alternative world.

In my opinion, the review is good at summarizing the rest too. The level always rewards the player for the successful efforts of taking the relatively hard-to-reach RA, MH and YA and, with the right number of players or bot load, it's always fun enough for a great match that reminds of some of those on original maps. I appreciated the lattice complex shadow as well — it looks refreshing and reminds me of some of those "glassy" shadows inside a chatedral.

While going down, I also noticed the lighting getting overall darker with each floor, which I think is a nice touch too. My only (minor) complaint would be that the release could have some wider area, with say a Quad, like on the original DM6, and a small challenge to get it.

In conlusion, my hard drive and bookmark section are both welcoming a new member! :-)

Cool take on dm6, but it lacks the wide open spaces in the original map. Areas feel too narrow for combat IMO. Fun for some rounds though.
