jan, first you have to download the map, you can download it by clicking on one of the download links underneath the screenshot of the map. Then you have to put the .pk3 in the baseq3 folder of your Quake 3 Arena directory.

To play the map, start Quake 3 Arena, click on "Single Player" then "Skirmish" and search for the map in the "Capture The Flag" game type list.

You can also check the "How to play a map" FAQ on ..::LvL which is under Site -> F.A.Q. -> How to play a map, if your not sure how to play the map.
