I'm thinking of doing a spinoff of the Quake Live ads by putting billboards in my future maps. (yes, even the Gothic ones. I don't care for atmosphere as much as I do for gameplay) I plan on doing a combination of both clever "fun" ads and ads that promote real websites.

I would like to ask if it would be alright with Tig to promote ..::LvL through the billboards in my maps. This might help send more traffic to your site, and I will credit the creators (Tig / Mandog) respectively in the readme, and perhaps the actual ad image if desired.

Hi EmeraldTiger. You are more than welcome to place any ..::LvL adverts in your maps so long as the context is not misleading. By this I mean so long as ..::LvL is seen as a website for user-made Q3A maps, not for selling cars or porn or anything else that ..::LvL is not :]

You could include just the logo and URL without context as well, that would be more than OK as well. I just do not want ..::LvL to be seen to represent or promote something we do not do.

I think what EmeraldTiger means is something kind of propaganda in his maps to encourage visits to this site.
