I struggle with understanding how the killing health capsule on LCTIMEWELL by Blurr works. I play this map for about 5 years now, but still am quite unsure: sometimes it boosts you with 5-health medkits and armor shard bonuses and sometimes it just kills you.
Is it purely based on RNG or are there any other shenanigans going on?

There is a secret room that either leads to death or great strength (depending on the whim of the Gods.) I will not tell you exactly were the door is, except that it involes a book that needs to be pushed back into the bookshelf.
