Just 1? thats tough but it would have to be q3dm15. I know hate me for it but the battle suit and RA makes you a god
The proving grounds ctf extended would be it but you gotta disable that GL every time you load it up

Any and all q3dmX CTF maps are excellent, and they will stay on my HDD forever.
