So far I have only made two very small q3 levels that were neither base or gothic. But after seeing some recent screenshots of Q3Fortress I felt inspired to make a base level for Q3, and of course what better base textures for Q3 are there than Ikbase?
Authors opinion: Looks good but the layout sucks. Too horizontal, although there are three levels. Item placement could be better, the level could also be bigger. Roof too low aswell. Still some good gameplay though.

To install, simply unzip and place alkdm05.pk3 in your baseq3 directory wherever you installed Quake3: Arena. The map should now be accessible via the Multiplayer or Skirmish menu or by typing "\map alkdm05" at the console without the quotes.
