To get there, fall into the hole near the lamp (second level of the map) and you will find one more level which is inside the walls (it is symmetrical, on both sides of the map). Build it with Q3Radiant (GTKRadiant 1.4.0), PhotoshopCS and spent about 4 days to finish the map. Used some textures from MeatPack and jump pad from auh3dm.
