info

my very first q3map!! ;) i had a fun time with q3radiant,
because my last attempt at level editing used the BUILD engine
from 3dRealms' Duke Nukem 3D; anyone who's ever tried that will
appreciate the comfort in radiant!
the map is good for a 4-6 player dm, although the sheer size
of the "temple" might slow things down a little. i think it adds some
tactics to the game... bots are fine, but
i might add some info_camp in revisions later on :-)....; they don't
like the upstairs much, so i might change some respawning points. please
feel free to mail any comments to my adress; any kind of relevant feedback
is appreciated, and i will very likely make some changes to the map if i feel
that someone has some good suggestions.
take note that i didn't clip any walls or overhangs that you might
get stuck on during gameplay. i think that it's part of your overall skill
as a player if you can "navigate" smoothly around these points... if enough
of you people complain about this, i will grudgingly make the change in future
releases. anyway, i hope you enjoy the map; a note for beginners: practice that
rocket jump!!

thanx to ...

id software, for continually giving us the best games around; a special thanx to
their level editors - Willits, Antkow, and Jaquays: your work is fantastic, but then,
you get paid for it! ;)
also thanx to the many online tutorials for q3radiant - i think i raided them all and
would need too much time to name them: you know who you are. I would mention the guys
at Q Workshop 3, whose tutorials are all you need. also, a big thank you to
Louie "KnightBK" Doulias of Black Knight Productions, who provided the shaders
and textures for <glass>! If you use his work, please give credit!! (see
readme_glass_now.txt).
