description: the map is set in an abandoned gothic/alien *facility*
of some sort, buried deep inside a cave.

the layout is fairly complex, with many
devious pirches to snipe from :P
i wanted Angry Hatred to be fun to play and fun
to explore. saying this, i realize that not everyone
will enjoy this map ... some people just wanna FRAG :P

bot play was an afterthought for this map. it's
a complex design and bots don't know what to do :(
they always end up taking a launch pad and falling
into the lava. i learned alot about bot navigation
trying to improve bot play for Angry Hatred.
(item_botroams set to 400 had little effect).

inspiration: Mega Man :) Snake Mountain and Castle Greyskull play sets :P
...i wanted to create a departure from
everyday life that was both fun and aggravating
to play ( doubling back on your foe is fun,
but get TOO cocky and yer crispy :P )

info

this is my first q3a map.

i have to say, working with Radiant is amazing !!
i have training for Alias|Wavefront PowerAnimator & Maya, and
some experience using Softimage, 3DStudio Max, Lightwave, and Nendo.

the most fun i've had to date in 3D is the time i've spent in Radiant.
while building Angry Hatred, the only sleep i got was in between compiles :P

FEEDBACK = GOOD, GOOD, GOOD
please feel free to send your comments to: **email removed**

** a special note:
if you've read this far, congrats!!

here's a little tip ... rocket jump from the blinking red button up
to the purple-lit area near the ceiling to get the Grapple.
(you can see the purple light from across the cavern)
