info

This is my first serious Q3A map. Gameplay has been
heavily tested and refined in a LAN environment. With fewer players
the map centers on the rail gun, though camping on the
rail decks is usually fatal due to the plasma gun platform
above. The BFG was the most recent addition, and seems
to have balanced out the rail. The map opens up with more players.
A fast map that is extremely difficult to control.

construction

base: none
editor: Q3Radiant 179 by Id Software
other progs:
known bugs: The rail deck return accelerator pads will
sometimes launch a player in an odd direction,
usually when strafing against the side of the
accelerator. If anyone knows how to fix this
I'm all ears.
build time: 2 solid weekends, and 3 months of refinement.

thanx to ...

All the guys at Blur for enduring the frustrating
early versions of the map, and for their all the
wonderful criticisms and suggestions.
