Unzip the files in this archive. Place the map, "vanish.pk3" in
your \quake3\baseq3 directory. Then, run the game with the following
command line (if you have quake3 installed in c:\quake3\):
c:\quake3\quake3.exe +set sv_pure 0 +set g_gametype 0 +map "vanish"
