On this site everybody only can found Quake 3 maps, but I think this site should open its arms to the other games and their maps too (like Doom, Quake 1-2, Hexen, Heretic, Unreal, etc...).
I don't know any other lvlworld sites which deal with other kind of maps.
That would be cool to posting here other maps, not just for Quake 3 and it would never let expire this site.
But this is just an idea from me.

You (or anyone else) are more than welcome to create any web site you like.

I hardly have enough free time to manage this one with a focus on just Quake 3 :]

For most "cool" game based news I suggest you follow few of the forums. func_msgboard - www.celephais.net/board/ - is my personal favorite as it is not just limited to a single engine but does have a focus on the original Quake.

There are other sites too. Some of which steal content from ..::LvL, so I'm not naming them.
