Interesting idea, but some fatal flaws. It's way too open, for starters, and that's by far the most obvious. Any map that makes such a central focus of a weapon runs the risk of it merely becoming a brawl for that, and this is only partially avoided here. If some sneaky bastard gets the RG, then players' minds will be taken off the RL; otherwise, its a fight over the central weaponry.
The map looks like your average gothic, not half bad but it's been done before. Some corridors are rather wide open and seem a bit out of place, being very plain. Sections of the map are most certainly disused. The bouncepad textures are really a lit up spawn marker (one usually used for powerups), not that anyone claimed otherwise - they just look kind of odd there when one is used to them meaning something else all together.
It's interesting, but it only gets a 7 from me.
